The Classic Beretta Jetfire

First released in the early 1950s, the Beretta Jetfire is one of the most elegant and innovative designs in the history of firearms. Although discontinued from production years ago, it is still a favorite among enthusiasts of small caliber pocket pistols with crisp, precise, single action triggers.

Orchard Arms has designed a laser sight for the Jetfire and will soon begin prototyping. With the sight installed in place of the pistol’s grip panels, the complete assembly prints in the pocket with the length and width of a standard US passport. The 5mW laser is powered by a pair of AAA batteries and turns on when the safety is released. Also in the works is a complete pistol that incorporates the laser sight into a custom frame, slimming the complete assembly width down to 5/8”.
